The app doesn’t load half the prescriptions and gives and error. Where it does load in the prices around MA are insanely high.

They take your money! You will not get a prescription. Repeat. This. Is. A. SCAM!
Apps weak sauce. Was a loyal customer for 2 years. App and company became so inconvenient to use I now use a differentl service.
The app sometimes works and other times you need to get on the web to do certain things that the app doesn’t allow you to do. Calling customer service also has ridiculous wait times sometimes 30min wait times. Overall a good concept but poorly managed.
Finally entered my email and password, gave all my personal info that it wanted, but without explanation, I was not able to click “finish”, the finish button was grayed, when it should be blue once I have entered all my information. So I tried registering again, but the same result! So now I wonder if Blink will sell my name and number down the river, even though I was not able to register!
I’ve been using blink since 2017 and it blows my mind how easy and reliable it is. I get my psych meds delivered with automatic refills so I don’t need to even think about going to the pharmacy. The customer support team is simply lovely, very friendly and always helpful. I highly recommend anyone who takes prescribed medication to use Blonk.
They collect your data. Also was almost kicked out of my doctors office of 12 years due to having my Xhance and adderall sent to BlinkRx. Was flagged by the DEA. Also they won’t allow me to use my insurance for my Xhance they are scammers and are preying on patients. Sick. Reported them to BBB AND DEA. How can you advertise filling adderall through blink but then when your doctor sends it to your service you refuse to fill controlled substances??? And wouldn’t even let me pick it up at a local pharmacy through blink. Yeah nah I’m good. Sticking with my normal mom and pops small pharmacy
They’ll charge your card for a prescription BEFORE they say, “sorry we can’t help you, you’ll see a refund show up in your bank in five days,” WITHOUT even giving you a consultation. 5 days is unacceptable. Not only did you waste my money, you’ve wasted my time I’m having to spend filing a complaint here and with the BBB.
Blink Health has now lost my medication twice when mailing it to me. They are slow with service which means I have gone weeks without my medication. They lock you into the app with the prescription they provide.
You will never get on the phone with them. They say their wait time is approximately one minute, but will have you waiting over an hour just to hang up. Some of my medication’s are expensive and I purchased them believing partner pharmacies had them, and the pharmacy I went to told me they haven’t had that medication in a while and it’s on back order that they still haven’t received in two months, so why would you send me to a pharmacy that doesn’t have that many at least you could’ve told me they were out of stock. Still haven’t received my refund for the medication I couldn’t get.
My doctor sent a prescription to this company and here’s why that was a problem. 1) they tried to default my prescription to auto refill when I was told that I would only need to take the prescription for 5 weeks. Not the 52 refills (that’s 4.5 years) they were trying to sign me up for. This sent up red flags for me to dig deeper before giving them a debit or credit card. 2) their online reviews are abysmal. WAY too many people having to cancel credit cards and do chargebacks in order to get them to stop charging them or sending them prescriptions they tried to cancel. Just google them and check BBB. 3) I could not get the prescription transferred to my local pharmacy. They did not recognize this company as a pharmacy to transfer the prescription from. (So I was stuck doing some research and finding out what I had been prescribed was also available as a much cheaper OTC.) 4) this would not have been a cost savings for me. 3 months supply OTC (still more than I needed) for $30 or a $50 charge per month from this company. 5) worst part? They’re now spamming me. I now get emails AND texts from them saying: “Your V**** perscription is available” The name of my prescription was 8 characters long and not 5. They are implying I have something ready that isn’t even my prescription. Think twice and use a credit card you can cancel if you use this company for anything.
Takes forever to ship and when you go to the pharmacy to pick up they tell you that you have to pay again. Never using this app again!
Not for lack of trying Blink has proven now for the last week that they’re the worst and least responsible and professional of the start up pharmacy model companies. I’m on my 5th call with some of the worst CSRs in the business. If someone from the press is reading this please reach out as I have this crap show well documented and would love to save others the nightmare I’ve experienced here. Stay away. Stay far away.
Prices higher than good rx app is a waste of time and $$$
Don’t You Not Use This is A Scam . They Take Your Money and then tell your your stuff Processing and you will never get your medication
The app is too basic, and it’s the same exact thing as a Blink Rx app. It would be a whole lot better if you could track your order. The order tab just shows the meds you bought and the price. If you guys add a tracking system within the app to track the orders, that would be better
I use the home delivery option. Cheap, reasonable price for a medication that use to be $600 before I found out about blink. Now I only pay $18.10 for that same medication ❤️thank you blink you’re the best ❤️
Flawless customer experience
Drugs used to be way cheaper than today Every time you need the something Prices getting higher than what use to be Plus prescription cost more Prescriber aren’t friendly Not recommended is you don’t want to loose for the doctor visit
This company fails on so many levels. Every time I need a prescription filled it doesn’t happen on time. No one reached out, no one calls the pharmacy when they are supposed to. Major fail! I definitely don’t see this company making it, they need to look to what their competitors are doing and do better.
I just downloaded this on my new iPhone 13, that has the most updated sw and also ran a speed test to make sure it wasn’t my issue while the app just kept spinning trying to match a medication I entered. Closed out of the app and was able to enter it, then tried to enter another one and hit search to find it. Nothing. Not even the swirling circle to make me think it could be doing something. Closed app again and same result. Also kept getting error messages, which I was able to get around so wouldn’t have been a big deal. But for me, the app is unusable. Bummer.
I personally get great savings via Blink but some people can’t afford to live without significant discounts to medications they require to live. This service is such a life saver in a time when health care costs burden so many. Thanks, Blink!
Tbh just pay for your first script with blink and you get a lot of refills after that. Use one of those generic percription savings cards and just fill the script refills with cash and use the script card not thru blink just the pharmacy. My boyfriends script cost 38 with blink I just take the refills and fill them withou blink and use the pharmacy script savings card it only cost 17$
My one and only prescription from these guys has been in transit for 2 weeks because it was shipped UPS mail innovations which is a combo UPS/USPS that takes forever and neither UPS or USPS knows where my package is now. I’m having my prescription transferred back to a local pharmacy so I can at least get it. Will never use these guys again.
This app and service use to be great! Now I can no longer login using the app, but I can login using the website. They are obviously having issue in the app development department.
I have used Blink for a couple of years now. Initially they will give you good prices but later, once they have your prescriptions, the prices go up. Also they ship to you whenever they want, whether you need the prescription or not. You are better off using GoodRX or Walmart. At least you will have better control.
App works fine, order processing is smooth. My first order looked like it would be great. BUT if using mail delivery for prescriptions, make sure to pay for expedited, end-end trackable delivery. Otherwise, Blink uses lesser grade shipping and now order hopelessly lost
From what I can tell, if you’re not completely perfect the Dr. will deny you. Seems like a quick way to make $5 for the initial “doctor visits”.
This is very misleading. Trying to get a birth control I’ve already been prescribed. But I have to have been to a doctor or go to a doctor and have proof of my blood pressure. All blood pressure machines are closed due to COVID so I’m told to go to a fire station. So I do that. The firefighters/paramedics take my BP and tell me it’s perfect. But the app “doctor” asks if I was nervous because my heart rate was high. I said “yes you made me go sit in the back of an ambulance with four firefighters starring at me while I get by blood pressure taken. They said it was in the normal range” however the app “doctor” said I needed to go back and be more calm. What a waste of money. Also it automatically signs you up for a recurring subscription in the fine print. Might as well risk going to the doctor right now.
Ordered my RX on the 30th of June and won’t get it till like the 14th of July. Why does it take so long to receive a prescription but you take the money right away?
I tried to get VSL#3, a Probiotic. Nobody accepted the discount codes from Blink. Now the App just crashes on startup.
I used GoodRx for years until I heard about Blink Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, I am always looking for the best source of information and cost-savings for my clients. It doesn’t matter if my clients have insurance or not. I tell all my clients about Blink Health. I believe so much on Blink Health, I purchase all my prescriptions through Blink Health.
They make you call in ( and wait for 10 min) to speak to someone and cancel your membership... so wasting my time and money... Won’t be using again unless it gets fixed.
Went through the tela health process and received RX from Dr for 20 tablets and only 10 was filled . Contacted customer service and they never responded back. Got email update that order has shipped but USPS is saying they are still waiting to receive shipment and that was 4 days ago. I got 11 refills and can’t imagine how long it will take to receive them. I have used HEY Doctor app in past with great customer service and received meds super fast. Maybe I need to go back to them as Blink seems to take your money and then take there time to get your meds to u.
So i’ve had a few problems with them they have my prescription and it still takes 3, 4,5 days to process then the slowest snail mail Service ever Last month took over 2 and a half weeks to get my prescription they need to do something about this before I go to honey!
Overcharged for me a prescription and didn’t even let me know about it. I had to call and they still have yet to initiate a refund. Charged me for 30 pills when they only gave 10. They are extremely slow with everything, shipping, replying, etc. Then when you call to help, they can’t do anything or contact anyone.
I am NOT exaggerating when I say Blink Health SAVES LIVES! When I did not have insurance it was the only reason I could afford my medications and even with the good insurance I have now, I always double check because sometimes Blink is still cheaper. Also the ONE SINGLE time I have had an issue over the past 4 years (pharmacy’s fault not blinks) they called the pharmacy and fixed it IN MINUTES and called me back!
I don't know how Tadalafil went from $400 to $13, but I'm glad it did! And instead of ordering from a sketchy overseas pharmacy, and waiting 3 weeks, I can pick it up at my local pharmacy the same day. Frickin game changer!
Don’t do it! For years I’ve used the app and gone to a local pharmacy to get the meds. I thought the discount for home delivery was too good to pass up so I chose that option. No where during the process was I prompted to put my pharmacy info in, as why would I need to since my pharmacy is in my profile on the app. I found out this glitch a week later when I called to inquire about my meds, then the nice gal informed me I needed to term them where the prescriptions were so they could get them (again, huh?) I told her and she says oh yes, here it is. So that’s a week wasted. Then I called yesterday, 5 days later and what a mess. The app isn’t updating my account, my meds are pending acceptance at a local USPS facility, but no, UPS is now taking over delivery. (Huh?) so another nice gal gave me a $15.00 credit. Cool I called just now and a cool dude confirmed meds will be delivered by end of day today. But still no update on my app. In my opinion it’s not worth saving a few bucks to go through this. I’ll be picking them up from now on. Hopefully in the future this will work. 👍
I never had trouble with this app until recently, I feel something has changed. I had purchased my medication through the app and brought my prescription to three separate pharmacy’s. Two had no idea what blink was and couldn’t figure out how to process it and turned me away, not necessarily the apps fault but in no way convenient enough to use it again. The third pharmacy’s is the one that bothered me and is cause for this review. The pharmacy’s manager had stated that they had never signed up for blink and would never except it because they loose money doing so. I had contacted Blink support and they had no idea why they wouldn’t take it and recommended trying another “Participating pharmacy” eventually with much time waisted I requested a refund rather track down a pharmacy that was actually participating and knew about it.
Flu vaccines are available without codes for $30. Blink lists at $1050. A steroid cream (generic) usually runs $50 without insurance, Blink has it at $185.
Attention! This app is a scammer, I once purchased from online Blink Health, and I call the company to make sure I can go to the partner Pharmacy. I called that if I can used at Publix Pharmacy, they say yes. When I went to Publix Pharmacy, they say they don’t accept Blink Health because, they got nothing from the company. Basically, they scam u with discounts. I called Blink Health about this, and they told me they will transfer the money back. But they never did even after a month. Be careful guys
Need to rewrite policy about each person having an email. Company needs to think about minors. Hope they fix this soon. I will not let my daughter be on the Internet with her own email. Come on that is dumb.
I visited a doctor for an online subscription and got denied. I went to cancel my order, but blink kept my money.
App is terrible customer support is even worse 7 phone calls 2 days more hours than I care to admit . Crap
Spent over an an hour on the phone on hold today trying to get my login. I have to have three separate email addresses and passwords for three different family members. Great discounts when it works. But cannot get a human to help me reset my account. So frustrating - was on hold forever - cut off- forwarded to no mans land. Please fix your service and help me.
Blink health is a logical step forward in medicine. They offer online doctor appointments for some conditions that it would be silly to have to go to a doctor for. Then The prices for a home delivery prescription are way cheaper than if I went to the pharmacy. There’s no comparison. The only low point is the app itself is not the most user friendly, but it’s good enough for now.
The only feature missing is Apple Passport support! I’d love to be able to just open my Apple wallet and have them look at it.
My prescriptions are all more than half the price. I had to change pharmacies to another local one, but it’s so worth it. I have $20 prescriptions that are now less than $4. I got a free $15 toward my first purchase, heck yeah.
